Family Support

What to expect

Doctor appointment accompaniment

A local Yaxin representative meets your loved one at an agreed location, helps them reach the clinic, assists with reception and finding the right department, and stays with them through the planned visit. They can help organise paperwork, note down practical follow-up instructions with the patient’s permission, and arrange the return journey. Please tell us the appointment time, address, mobility needs and preferred contact person. The estimate allows four hours; consultation fees, tests, medicines and any additional clinical charges are not included. Our representative provides non-medical assistance and does not replace a nurse, clinician or carer.

What to expect

Hospital support — 4 hours

A representative can accompany a family member to hospital or join them there, guide them between registration, waiting and service areas, assist with everyday practical needs and keep the designated family contact updated when permitted. We agree the visit purpose, hospital, visiting rules, patient consent and any mobility requirements in advance. This is a four-hour estimate; extra time is discussed before being charged. Hospital bills, equipment, transport outside the normal service area and specialist care are separate. No medical procedures or treatment decisions are provided.

What to expect

Hospital support — full day

Designed for a longer hospital day, this service provides up to twelve hours of practical, non-medical presence. A local representative can assist with check-in logistics, waiting periods, finding departments, light errands and communication with a nominated family member subject to consent and hospital rules. We agree the schedule, permitted tasks, breaks and any handover arrangements beforehand. The displayed full-day price covers representative time only; medical treatment, overnight attendance, specialised nursing, purchases and other external charges are excluded. Availability and exact coverage are confirmed before payment.

What to expect

Lab / imaging accompaniment

We help your loved one attend a scheduled laboratory, imaging or diagnostic appointment. The representative can coordinate arrival, help with registration and queues, locate the correct unit and accompany them home afterwards. Please provide the referral, appointment details, any preparation instructions supplied by the clinic and the person authorised to receive updates. We do not interpret results or offer medical advice. The four-hour estimate covers support time; testing, imaging and specialist fees are separate.

What to expect

Medicine / pharmacy pickup

A representative collects medicines or pharmacy items requested by you or your loved one and delivers them to the agreed address. We confirm the pharmacy, item names, valid prescription where required, availability and the recipient before collecting anything. If an item is unavailable, we contact you before making substitutions; we do not recommend or change medication. One hour is the initial time estimate. The medicine purchase itself and unusual delivery distances are charged separately.

Book a doctor appointment — in person or online

Tell us the medical specialty, preferred doctor or clinic, city, available dates and whether an in-person or online appointment is preferred. We contact the booking channel, check the available options and share the details for your approval before confirming a slot. Where necessary, we can pass on the clinic’s preparation instructions. This is a booking and coordination service, not a medical recommendation or guarantee of availability. The estimate is one hour; appointment and booking fees remain separate.

What to expect

Arrange simple home health service

We help coordinate a simple at-home health-related visit by an appropriately qualified external provider, such as a requested basic check or authorised home service. You explain the exact need, location and timing; we then check suitable provider options, fees and availability and ask for approval before booking. Yaxin’s representative coordinates the arrangement but does not personally perform clinical tasks. The one-hour estimate covers coordination only; the qualified provider’s fee, supplies and procedures are separate.

What to expect

Shopping from your list and chosen store

Send us a clear shopping list, preferred shop or market, quantity limits, brands or acceptable alternatives and the delivery address. Our representative checks availability, shops within the agreed budget and brings the purchases to your loved one, with a receipt or expenditure summary where practical. We ask before buying substitutes or exceeding the budget. The estimated three hours cover shopping and normal-area delivery, while the items themselves are charged separately.

What to expect

Buy a specific item in the city

Need a particular item purchased locally? Share the product name, required specifications, photo or link if available, preferred shop, maximum budget and delivery details. We search or check suitable local options, confirm price and availability, then purchase only after agreement and arrange delivery. We can share receipts or photos when practical. Two hours is the initial estimate for a straightforward purchase; item price, exceptional travel and extra sourcing time are separate.

What to expect

Supervise home repair / service

When a repairperson visits a family home, our representative can be there to coordinate access, describe the agreed problem, observe progress and report back with photos or notes where permission is given. We can help verify that the requested task was attempted and record follow-up items, but we cannot certify technical quality or electrical, gas or structural safety. We agree access, resident consent and contractor details beforehand. The two-hour estimate is for supervision time; the tradesperson, materials and spare parts cost extra.

What to expect

Arrange car mechanic at your parking

We help arrange a mechanic to inspect or repair a vehicle where it is parked, subject to the type of fault and local access conditions. Share the vehicle model, symptoms, location, access permission and a contact person. Our representative coordinates the visit, relays the mechanic’s proposed work and estimated cost for your approval and follows up on the visit. The two-hour Yaxin estimate covers coordination and presence; diagnosis, parts, towing and mechanical repairs are external costs.

Take your loved one to a local destination and bring them back

We help your loved one travel to a nearby destination and return safely according to the agreed plan. Share the pickup point, destination, appointment or event time, mobility needs, waiting arrangements and emergency contact. A representative accompanies the trip, helps with practical navigation and reports completion to the nominated contact when authorised. The three-hour estimate includes normal-area travel; longer journeys, special vehicles, tickets and extended waiting are quoted separately. This is accompaniment, not a clinical transport or ambulance service.

What to expect

Technology help

Our representative assists with everyday technology tasks such as setting up a phone, installing familiar apps, adjusting accessibility settings, connecting to Wi‑Fi or explaining how to make a video call. Tell us the device, issue and desired outcome beforehand so we can confirm the help is suitable. We encourage the device owner to enter passwords and sensitive codes themselves; we do not need access to banking credentials. Two hours are estimated. Devices, repairs, subscriptions and specialist technical work cost extra.

We help arrange a concert outing, from checking ticket options to accompanying your loved one to the venue and back. Please share the event, date, seating preferences, mobility needs and agreed budget. We confirm ticket availability and cost before purchasing, then coordinate arrival and return arrangements. The standard two-hour figure is only an initial estimate and may need to be revised for an event lasting longer. Tickets, admission, extra waiting and unusual travel are not included.

Requested homemade food and delivery

Tell us which homemade dish you would like prepared and delivered, for whom, and on what day. We discuss portions, ingredient preferences, allergies, dietary restrictions, preparation arrangements and delivery timing before confirming whether the request can be accommodated. Food is prepared only through a suitable agreed arrangement; we cannot promise an allergen-free environment. The four-hour estimate covers time associated with arranging, preparing and delivering the request. Ingredients and any specialist food-provider charges are additional.

We coordinate accompaniment to a family celebration, wedding or party and the return journey afterwards. Attend funeral and take tribute in your name

When you cannot be present in person, a representative can attend a funeral or memorial gathering respectfully on your behalf, deliver a message and present an agreed tribute board or flowers if requested. We confirm the location, ceremony time, wording, family contact and local customs in advance. With permission, we can send a discreet update afterwards. We never photograph mourners or share personal details without consent. The two-hour estimate covers attendance and routine local travel; tribute items and purchases are separate.

Visit grave, distribute dates or halva, and video call

A local representative visits the requested gravesite on your behalf, can place flowers, distribute dates or halva if agreed, and arrange a respectful video call where connectivity and circumstances allow. Please provide the cemetery, precise grave location, preferred date, items, message and any relevant customs. We confirm what can be arranged and agree on privacy-sensitive filming beforehand. Three hours are estimated; flowers, food, offerings, any cemetery charges and unusual travel are separate.

What to expect

Hospital visit, respectful message and video call

A representative can make a considerate hospital visit on your behalf, convey your message of support and, when appropriate and permitted, arrange a video call. We check visiting hours, patient consent, ward rules and the family contact before making arrangements. The visit is designed to offer companionship and reassurance, not clinical care or access to medical information. Two hours are estimated for local attendance; gifts, purchases and any special external costs are separate. Calls and photographs happen only with permission.

Pay for the time your service needs

Our reference hourly rate is $2.50 per hour.

We estimate the time each service normally takes, then calculate its cost from the hourly rate. Actual hours and costs are agreed with you beforehand. 90% of the service payment goes directly to people doing the work in Iran; the remaining 10% helps sustain these services. Third-party expenses are extra.
